1. Download Mumble  -  http://mumble.sourceforge.net/
2. Create an account     -  http://mumble.wc3edit.net/index.cgi
3. Enter settings  -  Server address: wc3edit.net, Port: 64738
4. Connect! Look for the “Rex Kwon Do Dojo” channel and join. You must be added to the allowed user list before entering.

Controls:

Arrow keys: Movement

X: Jump (You must build up some momentum first)

P: Pause

+: Volume up

-: Volume down

0: Mute volume

~: Engine info

For this procedure you will need:

• A NTSC-U Super Smash Bros. Brawl Iso (not provided, you’ll have to rip it)
• WiiScrubber and MakeKeyBin
• Japanese Brawl sound file
• A way to burn or load Wii Isos

1. First, download and extract the contents of the WiiScrubber package from the link provided. Within it you will find a program named “MakeKeyBin.exe”. Run it and follow the directions.
2. Now, open up “WIISrcubber.exe” and click “Load ISO”. Select your NTSC-U Smash Bros. Brawl Iso and then click “Open”. It will now load and display the disc contents.
3. Click the “+” sign next to the main partition (mine was parition 0) to expand it and look for a category named “sound”. Expand this category and then find the file named “smashbros_sound.brsar”.
4. Download the NTSC-J Brawl Sound file I have provided. Once finished, extract the contents. It should yield a file named “smashbros_sound.brsar”.
5. Go back into WIIScrubber and right-click “smashbros_sound.brsar” and then choose “Replace”. From here find the new “smashbros_sound.brsar” file that you just extracted and then choose “Open”.
6. The scrubber should tell you that the file has successfully been replaced and then you should be good to go. You can now exit the program.
7. Now just burn the Iso to a disc or mount it on your USB drive and load it as usual. Done!.
